In the writing centre this afternoon, I learned about the history of the Sayisi Dene of Manitoba, specifically when the government of Canada decided to move them to Churchill.
I also learned where to return my bottles in Ottawa to get a refund. I always find it interesting how different each province is in respect to the public/private split. Even bottle returns seem to be tied to the government-run LCBO here.
