Today was my family's bi-annual golf tournament. I'm terrible at golf. But thanks to my heckling family and family friends, I learned a few key things to help my technique. Slowing my swing down a bit provides me a little bit more control, aka my ability to connect the club and the ball. Also, the driver is maybe not the best club to use for amateur golfers. New/bad golfers should probably start with a 3 wood and work themselves up to the driver. Too bad the hecklers didn't mention this until hole # 7.
